I try to take care of myself as well as I can. I do have Fibromyalgia which can make it very hard on some days.
I do walk on my treadmill every day that I can. We eat whole, not processed food as much as possible. I also meditate several times a week at least, if not daily. I have done yoga in the past but our house is currently under construction and I don’t have any where to do it at right now.
